The Reality Pain Does Not Let You See | Childlosshealing
I used to misunderstand what another dimension meant
Years ago, when I first read about different dimensions, I was puzzled.
I imagined it almost like another world.
A place somewhere else.
A layer of reality that people in this dimension could not see.
And in a way, that is still how it felt to me at the time.
Another dimension meant another reality.
A place where different things could be seen, felt, or understood.
But I pictured it as something far away from normal life.
Something abstract.
Something almost impossible to relate to.
Now, years later, I see it differently.
I see that we can live in different dimensions while standing in the same room.
Not physically.
But inwardly.
Through the state of awareness we are living from.
Because the state you are in determines what you can see.
It determines what you can feel.
It determines what sounds possible.
It determines what kind of truth you are able to receive.
And this became a very important eye-opener for me.
Because I began to understand that people do not only live in different circumstances.
They also live in different inner realities.
Pain can become a dimension of its own
When someone is carrying deep pain, loss, trauma, or emotional hurt, they do not simply “have pain.”
They can begin to see life through pain.
The pain becomes a lens.
A filter.
A reality.
It changes what feels possible.
It changes how the future looks.
It changes how the body feels.
It changes what kind of words can enter.
It changes what kind of healing message feels safe or unsafe.
And from that place, a deeper life may sound unrealistic.
Inner peace may sound impossible.
Awareness may sound too abstract.
Healing may sound like something meant for someone else.
Not because the person is closed.
Not because they do not want a better life.
But because their current state of awareness cannot yet see beyond the pain that is covering them.
This is what I mean when I say pain can become like a dimension.
Not a fantasy dimension.
A lived inner reality.
A state where the wound, the memories, the body, and the mind create a world that feels complete from the inside.
This connects closely to When You Stop Being Pulled by Experience, Direction Returns, where I explored how unresolved experience can pull us into a narrower inner reality until awareness creates enough space to see life from a different position.
And if you are inside that world, it can be very hard to believe that another experience of life is possible.
A lower state of awareness does not mean a lesser person
I want to be careful with this.
When I speak about a lower state of awareness, I do not mean someone is less valuable.
I do not mean someone is spiritually behind.
I do not mean someone should be judged.
A lower state of awareness often means someone is carrying too much.
Too much pain.
Too much fear.
Too much protection.
Too much survival in the body.
Too much identification with what happened.
The system is not free.
It is contracted.
It is trying to protect itself.
And when the system is contracted, awareness becomes narrow.
The person can only see from where they are.
This is why certain messages cannot reach someone too early.
If someone is still fully identified with the wound, a message about inner happiness may feel insulting.
A message about love rising again may feel impossible.
A message about awareness may feel too far away.
A message about a healed life may sound unrealistic.
Not because the message is false.
But because the person is not yet in the state where that message can be received.
That changed how I understood communication, healing, and people.
It helped me see why timing matters.
Why softness matters.
Why you cannot force someone into a truth they do not yet have the inner space to hold.
Healing changes what you are able to see
When awareness begins to grow, your reality begins to change.
Not because the outside world suddenly becomes perfect.
Not because the loss disappears.
Not because the wound never hurts again.
But because you are no longer seeing life only from inside the wound.
There is more space.
More presence.
More capacity.
More room around what you carry.
And when there is more space, more becomes visible.
This is why The Part Of You That Thought Can Never Reach matters so much: awareness gives access to a deeper place than thought, where pain, memory, and emotion can be seen without becoming the whole of who you are.
You may begin to see that pain is here, but pain is not all of you.
You may begin to feel that love is still present, even if it no longer has the same physical form.
You may begin to understand that healing does not mean forgetting.
You may begin to sense that life can open again without betraying what happened.
From the old state, this can sound impossible.
From the new state, it becomes obvious.
That is why healing can feel like entering another dimension.
You are still here.
The world may look the same from the outside.
But inwardly, everything is different.
What once sounded unrealistic now feels true.
What once felt unreachable now begins to live inside you.
What once looked like an empty future now begins to carry color again.
Not every message belongs to every stage
This was one of the biggest realizations for me.
People need different messages depending on the state they are in.
Someone in the first shock of loss does not need to be told that the wound can become a doorway.
They may need safety.
They may need silence.
They may need space to survive.
Someone who is deeply identified with pain may not yet be ready to hear about inner happiness.
They may first need to hear:
I understand why it hurts this much.
Someone who is beginning to notice the pain may need the first doorway into awareness.
They may need to see:
There is pain, and there is also the awareness of pain.
Someone who has already tasted space may be ready to hear something deeper:
The love beneath the wound can begin to breathe again.
This matters.
Because healing is not only about truth.
It is also about timing.
A message can be true and still not be reachable for someone yet.
That does not make the person wrong.
It means the message must meet the stage.
This helped me understand my work more clearly
This insight gave me more clarity about why my message has to be layered.
Not everyone enters through the same doorway.
Some people enter through pain.
Some through stress.
Some through loss.
Some through the mind that will not stop.
Some through a memory that keeps returning.
Some through the fear that healing means losing the love.
Some through the quiet longing for a life that feels more open again.
And each doorway matters.
Because every state of awareness has its own language.
This is why I do not want to speak only in heavy loss language.
And I also do not want to speak only in spiritual language.
Both can miss people.
The deeper work is learning how to translate awareness into the stage someone is actually living in.
To speak to the pain without making pain the whole identity.
To speak to healing without rushing the wound.
To speak to possibility without denying what happened.
To speak to a deeper life without making people feel wrong for not seeing it yet.
That is where the real care is.
Another reality becomes visible through awareness
When I look back now, I understand why some things could not reach me earlier.
I was not ready to see them.
Not mentally.
Not emotionally.
Not somatically.
My state was not open enough yet.
But when awareness began to create space, another reality became visible.
Not somewhere else.
Not in another world.
Here.
In the same life.
Inside the same body.
Around the same loss.
But seen from a deeper place.
And that is what I want people to understand.
Sometimes what feels impossible is not impossible.
It is simply not visible from the state you are currently in.
Sometimes healing sounds unrealistic because pain is still the lens.
Sometimes a deeper life sounds too far away because the wound is still covering the view.
Sometimes love feels trapped because the system has not yet found enough space to let it move again.
But awareness changes what can be seen.
It does not force you into another life.
It slowly opens your capacity to experience this life differently.
And maybe that is one of the most important shifts in healing.
Not that reality changes all at once.
But that your state changes enough for another reality to become visible.
A reality where pain is still real, but not the whole truth.
A reality where loss is still part of your life, but not the only place you live from.
A reality where love can breathe again.
A reality that may have sounded impossible before you had the awareness to see it.
