When Love Starts Moving — Ellery Lont | Childlosshealing
Love.
After the silence, it begins to move again — softly, uncertainly, through the spaces grief left behind.
What if this movement isn’t the end of stillness, but love’s next beginning?
Watch the Full Story
Before you read this, I invite you to watch the video version.
It’s a reflection on how love, once refined by awareness, becomes life itself moving through us again.
There’s a moment, after the stillness, when something begins to stir again.
At first, it’s almost invisible — a quiet pulse underneath the peace you thought was the end of the story.
It doesn’t come as excitement or new ambition.
It comes as warmth.
As a smile that feels completely unplanned.
As life, softly asking to move again through you.
I remember that moment clearly.
It wasn’t when my pain disappeared — that had already happened.
It was when I realised that awareness, the silence I had lived in for years, wasn’t just stillness.
It was potential.
It wanted to move.
It wanted to create.
The Turning Point
After years of inner work, of dissolving pain into space, I thought I had reached the destination.
Peace had become my home.
The mind was quiet.
The ache that once felt endless was gone.
But peace, I discovered, is not the end.
It’s the beginning of a new kind of movement —
one that flows not from effort, but from love.
At first, that movement felt almost dangerous.
I wondered, Is it okay to feel alive again?
I had spent so long in stillness that joy itself felt too bright.
But life, once awakened, doesn’t ask for permission.
It simply begins.
When My Sons Arrived
When my first son was born, something extraordinary happened.
It wasn’t just the miracle of becoming a father again.
It was the realisation that love had no fear left in it.
There was no tension, no echo of the past, no shadow of comparison.
Only light.
Pure, grounded, unwavering love.
That was when I understood:
he wasn’t testing my healing —
he was proving it.
Three years later, when my second son came into my life, I was already living in a state of awareness.
And yet his arrival opened something even deeper — not healing this time, but expansion.
I began to experience what mystics call Peak Experience —
moments of complete absorption in life, where the veil between the inner and outer dissolves.
A laugh, a touch, a shared glance — each felt like the universe breathing.
Through my sons, love began moving again.
Not the fragile, searching love that once needed reassurance.
But the boundless, effortless kind that simply is.
Love as Movement
There’s something no one tells you about deep healing.
It doesn’t end in peace.
It ends in love —
but love that no longer needs an object.
It moves through you, not toward something.
When awareness becomes steady, love becomes its expression.
It starts showing up everywhere —
in your words, in your gestures, in your silence.
You stop asking how to give or receive it.
You simply are it.
For me, that realisation changed everything.
I no longer saw Childlosshealing as a mission or a brand.
It became a natural continuation of that love.
Every blog I write, every video I create — it’s life moving through me.
It’s my daughter’s love, transformed into service.
When Purpose Finds You
For a long time, I thought I had to find purpose.
But purpose isn’t something you find — it’s something that unfolds when you stop resisting life.
True purpose isn’t chosen.
It’s revealed.
It’s love in motion.
After awakening, service doesn’t feel like effort anymore.
It feels like gratitude expressing itself.
Like saying “thank you” to life by living it fully.
Every time I share a practice, every time I speak to another parent,
I’m not teaching them to become someone new —
I’m helping them remember who they already are.
That’s what awareness does:
it doesn’t give you answers,
it gives you back yourself.
Love Never Ends — It Expands
Sometimes people ask me,
“How can you love again after losing your child?”
And I tell them,
“You don’t start loving again.
You just stop closing where love already is.”
Love doesn’t end with loss.
It changes direction.
It moves from the visible into the invisible —
from form into essence,
from doing into being.
And when awareness stabilises,
that love begins to move outward again — through your hands, your words, your children, your creations.
It becomes everything you touch.
The Invitation
If you’ve been living in stillness for a while —
if the silence has softened your heart and you’re beginning to feel life stirring again —
please don’t resist it.
You’re not betraying your child by feeling alive.
You’re continuing their love.
You’re becoming what that love always wanted to be — free.
Let love move again.
Let it speak, create, and breathe through you.
Because that’s not the end of your healing.
That’s the beginning of your life.
